Are there any additional stages or technical rounds after the initial shortlisting by MCTH?
Yes, following our rounds, the clients will have virtual rounds.
Is this Campus Hiring Process paid?
No, there is no fee involved. MCTH shortlist bright candidates for our clients and if the shortlisted candidates clear the technical round of the respective clients, then they can directly join the client site.
When can I expect to join after successfully completing the client round as well?
The primary option we provide is the chance to join immediately. Nevertheless, we suggest discussing with your college’s Training & Placement Cell to determine the soonest possible date of joining.
What if I couldn't pass the client round after being shortlisted by MCTH?
If you were unable to pass the client round, please feel free to inquire about the specific reasons for not clearing it and any potential future opportunities available from us.
Will I be considered for interviews with other clients, or will my candidacy be limited to only the one I have been shortlisted for?
Normally, the opportunity is limited to the particular client you were selected for. However, in rare cases, we may be able to propose one or two alternative clients.
