DIRECT PLACEMENT SERVICES
- Registration with MC Talent Hunt is necessary for all the candidates before any consideration.
- In any case, the Registration Fee is Non-Refundable as it will be considered as our service charge for scheduling the multiple interviews.
- The Registration is valid up to 60 days only from the date of Registration.
- The candidate shall pay our recruitment service charge, which is 50% of the offered CTC upon the confirmation of their selection.
- The candidate will be liable to pay our consulting fees specified for that job, however in case the candidate’s joining gets on hold from the employer’s end due to some reason, total fees will be refunded within 48 hours via account transfer.
- We completely offer a money-back guarantee with a valid reason specified in the above clause.
- In case the candidate does not comply or deposit the said amount to MC Talent Hunt within 24 hours of their confirmed selection (for which formal mail received from the employer will be sent to the candidate) then:
- MC Talent Hunt deserves the right to let the offer letter be on hold until the dues are cleared from the particular resource.
- MC Talent Hunt is free to pursue legal court proceedings against the candidate for breach of contract and will take action in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.
- The candidate will not be considered for any vacancy in the future: If the candidate does not attend the interviews (at least two) arranged by MCTH.
- If a candidate is recruited for a job through MC Talent Hunt, he/she will be solely the employee of the concerned organization and MCTH will not be responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.
